How Other Things Work 

Payment of Fees

Once you’ve chosen your course, you need to specify the plan you want; and then you will need to pay for your programme of study.

Our platform is SSL protected, and so you can be assured of security when providing your payment card details. If you’ve opted for a monthly or quarterly plan, you will be charged accordingly. Prior to any charge, we will inform you of the upcoming payment.

Online_Support

Our Platform

We use Microsoft Teams as a platform for teaching. There will be set times for the tutoring; and all students will be expected to be logged in at least 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the lesson.

Because we have students from different countries, we will conduct our live sessions in accordance with the different time zones.

Email Support

We will provide you with email support which is restricted to our study material. We hope to make learning as easy and comfortable for you, and we will support you as much as we can.

If you would like to give us any feedback about our courses or the programme, you will find us ready to listen.
